After months of mould-making, CAD tweaking, sanding, laminating, and late-night test fits… we're finally ready to open the doors properly.

July 1st marks the official launch of Lilou Composites — and the first wave of our handmade carbon fibre and fibreglass parts for the VW T4.

What’s Live Right Now?

To kick things off, we’ve pre-launched our full 3D printed product range — available to order right now.

These are small, practical, and often-overlooked bits that tidy up your build and make a big difference in fit and finish:

• Tow hook covers (black ABS, with VW logo)

• Sliding door rail end caps (weather-resistant replacements)

• Vent/Aerator clips (packs of 3 — no more floppy air vents)

Each of these is designed in-house, printed to spec, and tested for proper fitment. They're ready to go — order now and we’ll ship them as fast as we can press print.
