Yes — all of our composite parts are handcrafted in our UK-based workshop using moulds we’ve developed ourselves. Every item is made by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts, with care and precision. Our 3D print warehouse is a culmination from all over the globe as we work with the best designers in the community to bring you an excellent product. All items in our 3D printed range our made and shipped from Somerset, UK.

We work primarily with carbon fibre and fibreglass. Each product listing will specify the material, and in some cases, we offer both options depending on your budget, preference, or desired finish. All items in our 3D printed range are made in ABS. We use this because it tends to fair better against harmful UV rays and the heat.

Carbon fibre is lighter, stronger, and has a high-end visual finish — perfect for performance builds and exposed parts. Fibreglass is more cost-effective and still provides strength and precision fitment, especially for painted components.

Yes — we offer optional coloured flecks in some carbon fibre products (e.g. red, blue, gold, silver). These are made to order and may carry a 20% restocking fee if returned. Full custom colours or weave styles may be available on request — just get in touch before ordering. All fibreglass parts are supplied finished in primer and ready for paint or final surface treatment. They’re designed for easy prep to match your van’s styling.

Most items are made to order, especially carbon fibre and custom-flecked parts. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Lead times may vary depending on current workshop volume.

Most of our parts are designed using moulds taken from genuine VW T4 panels, so we aim for a factory-level fit wherever possible. However, some items are aftermarket-style upgrades (e.g. spoilers, scoops, trims) and may require bonding, 3M tape, or custom installation methods depending on the part and your build. We strongly recommend test-fitting before painting or permanent installation. We can’t be held responsible for damage caused during incorrect fitting or modification. If you're unsure about fitment, feel free to contact us before installing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but only non-custom items in pristine condition (with original packaging) are eligible for return within 14 days. Coloured carbon fleck parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and fully custom items are non-refundable, unless there's a manufacturing defect.

All Lilou Composites gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly shown in your confirmation email. Make sure to use it before it runs out — we don’t want you missing out on parts for your build!
