Customer Care

Made to Order

Most of our products are handcrafted to order in our UK workshop. This includes both carbon fibre and fibreglass parts. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Custom or coloured options may take slightly longer.

 
Product Variations

Every item we make is individually produced using our own moulds. Slight visual differences in weave, resin, or surface finish are normal — especially in carbon fibre parts. These variations are part of the process and do not affect quality or fit.

Fitment & Installation

Our parts are designed to match genuine VW T4 panels wherever possible. Some aftermarket parts (e.g. spoilers, scoops) may require bonding, 3M tape, or light modification depending on your setup.
Always test-fit before painting or final installation. We are not liable for parts damaged due to incorrect fitting.

 
Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Standard items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom coloured carbon fibre parts are non-refundable unless defective.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returned coloured carbon parts.

Payment Security

We use secure checkout systems including Stripe, PayPal, and other trusted providers. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely — we never store your card details.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties.

Bulk & Trade Orders

We’re happy to work with garages, builders, or clubs who need multiple parts or ongoing supply. If you’re interested in trade pricing or wholesale enquiries, please get in touch.

Custom Runs & Limited Batches

For larger builds or custom requests (e.g. matching spoilers and scoops, or bulk-primed fibreglass), we can discuss bespoke batches depending on workshop availability.
