Standard Parts
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
- Item must be returned in pristine, unused condition, with original packaging and labels intact.
- Any damage, signs of installation, or missing packaging may result in a deduction from the refund to cover restoration or repackaging costs.
Carbon Fibre Items with Coloured Fleck
- These items are made to order with custom finishes.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, but a 20% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of materials and time.
Custom Orders
- Fully bespoke/custom orders (i.e. parts made to your specific design, dimensions, or requests) are non-refundable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
- If you believe there is a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details.
How to Return
- Contact us at via the contact section on the store to initiate a return.
- Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable deductions.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in accordance with this policy.
