A serious front-end upgrade for the VW T4. Our custom dual-beam headlight setup reimagines the factory look with a twin-lens design per headlight — inspired by classic motorsport styling and modernised for the T4 platform.

Each headlight features two circular light units, housed behind a rectangular cover panel that we manufacture in-house. This panel ties the lenses together visually, creating a clean, purposeful look while retaining a strong OEM-inspired presence.

The headlight covers are available in:

• Fibreglass – ideal for full custom paint finishes

• White gelcoat – smooth, uniform base ready for prep and paint

These headlights are designed for builders who want something different — not just a replacement, but a statement. As with all of our composite parts, these are produced in small batches using our own moulds, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.

Note: Final fitting, wiring, and painting should be carried out by a competent installer. Minor preparation may be required prior to paint.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Lilou Composites, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every part we produce. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Standard Parts

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

• Item must be returned in pristine, unused condition, with original packaging and labels intact.

• Any damage, signs of installation, or missing packaging may result in a deduction from the refund to cover restoration or repackaging costs.

Carbon Fibre Items with Coloured Fleck

• These items are made to order with custom finishes.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days, but a 20% restocking fee applies to cover the cost of materials and time.

Custom Orders

• Fully bespoke/custom orders (i.e. parts made to your specific design, dimensions, or requests) are non-refundable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

• If you believe there is a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details.

How to Return

• Contact us at via the contact section on the store to initiate a return.

• Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable deductions.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in accordance with this policy.

Packaging

• All parts are carefully packed to protect them in transit. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any transit damage.
